But these short tactical classes are as close to a formula as you are going to get. You won't find these classes in a typical recording school. We will teach you genre-specific techniques, used by top producers, that deliver results. We thing these tools are important for everyone. Don't shy away from the orchestra if you are into hip-hop. You may need to create your own samples someday. If you are making music 'in-the-box', this is your opportunity to learn how to produce a great vocal with a fantastic vocalist. She is a vocalist, bassoonist, songwriter, and music/media producer who has a talent for engulfing listeners into her music. As a classically trained bassoonist, Cinnamon Denise incorporates a unique style of playing into her performances. Cinnamon Denise has toured the eastern coast of Spain; performed on Eurovision-Slovenian national television; recorded with Grammy winning producers and engineers; and performed at some of Atlanta’s top venues, to include The Velvet Note and Apache Café. Selected in the top 10 from 100 applicants, she was a semifinalist in the 2015 Montreux Jazz Festival Jazz Voice Competition, presided by legendary artist Al Jarreau. Host of the growing podcast The Music Executive, she has also produced for some of the biggest (Top #10 ) podcasts in the Apple Podcasts space and is a Sexual Violence Prevention Facilitator for Calling All Crows, an organization that provides sexual violence training, services, and resources to the music industry.

With member-partners in multiple cities, Beat Kitchen members can enjoy studio time in-person! All Locations LOCATIONS These days, Beat Kitchen meets primarily on our Discord. While we have partnerships studios in a few key locations, our residents are distributed across the world. Having a school that focuses on small, intimate groups requires critical mass and it's difficult to maintain that in any given city. We are looking to grow, but in the meantime we only offer occasional in-person meetings and events. Be sure to check back frequently as our list of partners and partner cities is growing!
